The nights are growing longer and the shadows getting darker… so join me in the warmth at Bags of Books for some ghostly gloomy tales!
I’d been thinking it would be wonderful to do some Hallowe’en storytelling this year, sharing some of the spooky tales I’ve picked up recently. It’s fantastic to get to do this on Hallowe’en night itself in such a great, inspiring, cosy bookshop: Bags of Books are a brilliant independent bookshop in Lewes, for children (of all ages), and it’ll be perfect to spin some tales there.
I’ll be there on Wed 31st Oct doing two sets of stories: at 17:00 for 5-8 year olds, and at 18:15 for 9 years +. We’ll creep into the shadows of old Brighton, the islands of Scotland, Norse shores, the sewers of London – who knows where else we’ll end up?
Reserve your place by calling 01273 479 320 or email bagsofbooks@bags-of-books.co.uk. Dress spooky! See you there…
